Since joining Palantir in 2013, Barrett has worked with government organizations as well as customers in the financial services, airline, shipping, energy, and retail industries. Areas of interest include cybersecurity, logistics, and supply chain optimization. Barrett spent the last 4 years leading Palantir’s work in Singapore and just moved to Tokyo to build up operations there. Barrett represents Palantir at the World Economic Forum for ASEAN, where he is part of the Cybersecurity Working Group. Barrett has a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Master’s in International Relations, and served in the US Navy.
