Currently, he is in charge of international discussions on financial innovation including decentralized financial technologies and global stablecoins at the international office of JFSA. Prior to the current position, in 2017, he was sent to Silicon Valley where he conducted research on startup businesses and technological developments related to blockchain and in 2018, he was appointed as a Senior Fellow at Georgetown University's Blockchain Technology and Ecosystem Design Research Center where he led the research project on regulatory and governance issues around decentralized financial system.
