Tadao Kikuchi

Biography

Tadao Kikuchi is currently the Chairman of Royal Holdings. He earned his bachelor's degree from Waseda University and joined The Nippon Credited Bank, Limited (Aozora Bank Ltd. at present) in 1988. He graduated from ESSEC Business School in 1993 and joined Deutsche Securities Tokyo in 2000. In 2004, he joined Royal Holdings as the Executive Officer and General Manager. In 2010, he was appointed as the President and in 2016, he was the Chairman & CEO before assuming his current position as Chairman in 2019. He served as the Chairman of Japan Foodservice Association from 2016 for 2 years.
