Biography

Polarify is the first fintech company which was established by SMBC group after the revised Japanese banking act in 2017. I was engaged as a president to diffuse this new type of business in Japan. Currently, doubles as General Manager of IT innovation dept. of Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group. After joining Sumitomo Bank in 1989, my career was mainly the relationship management with the Tier 1 corporations in Japan such as automotive manufactures and Iron and Steel manufactures. After being assigned the Branch manager of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, be assigned present position.
