Professor of Law School and Deputy Director of Global Research Institute(KGRI), KEIO UNIVERSITY
He earned his B.A. in Law, L.L.M., and S.J.D. from Keio University. He is currently Professor of Law (2014-) and a Deputy Director of the Keio University Global Research Institute . He has written extensively on Japanese Constitutional Law and Information Privacy in Japan. He has been working for several government committees, including the Conference toward AI Network Society, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, Japan.
