Biography

Yoshiyuki joined PwC in 2006, having previously worked for one of the big 4 management consulting firm. He has been involved in various financial audits, system audits, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 attestations, J-SOX audits, Internal Audit, Governance risk and compliance advisory, ERM(Enterprise Risk Management), CAATs (Computer Assisted auditing Techniques) enhancement, fraud investigation, corporate governance advisory, and integrated reporting.

He takes Japan territory leader within PwC Global Network, with regards to the Data Assurance network, Integrated Reporting network, and Investor Community Engagement network.
