Jesse Spiro is the Global Head of Policy & Regulatory Affairs for Chainalysis. Previously he was the Global Head of Threat Finance & Emerging Risks for Thomson Reuters and Refinitiv, where he oversaw global research and content production on threat finance (terrorism, proliferation, cyber crime, organized crime, smuggling, trafficking). He was a 2018 Foundation for Defense of Democracies National Security Fellow, a member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA) Financial Threats Council, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Human Trafficking Task Force. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park
